Grab a pen and some paper. Write a list of all the things you worry about. Give yourself permission to be worried about them for one minute. After the minute has passed, you can no longer think about then, they have had their time.
It’s good to let even the scariest thoughts out into the open, so they don’t haunt you in your sleep.
