Lie down and close your eyes. Breathe easy, focusing on your exhale. With every exhale, sink a little deeper onto your bed. With every exhale you can feel your body feeling even heavier, sinking even deeper, with the bed supporting your weight.
Continue until you sink into a deep and restful sleep.
Affirmation: I am heavy with sleep.
