Lie in bed. Place your left palm on your right shoulder and your right palm on your left shoulder. Press and massage your shoulders until you can feel the blood circulating in your upper body area.
Finally rest your palms on your shoulders and let your palms continue to warm them. Close your eyes.
It’s easier to fall asleep without any muscle tension.
