Snuggle up in your bed and close your eyes. Imagine there’s an invisible barrier around your bed, that holds off and protects you from all your anxieties, fears and worries and everything that has happened or will happen.
You’re safe in your bed. You get to just rest and sleep, your bed has no demands on you.
Affirmation: I’m in my safe have, I am protected.
