Close your eyes and lie comfortably. Notice any restlessness in your mind and body. Visualize blowing out all the tension in your mind and body with every breath you exhale. Try giving the thoughts or feelings a shape or color.
Letting go of anxious thoughts and charged tensions will help you fall asleep.
