Lying in bed at the end of the day, you have done all your duties, you have lived through the day. Tomorrow is yet to unfold and there is no way of controlling it. Everything is as it should be. It’s all for the best. You don’t have to fix, plan or do anything anymore. You may rest.

Close your eyes and repeat this mantra:

Everything is as it should be. It’s all for the best. I can rest.
