I hope that you have a great night! Here is your nightly sleep exercise & affirmation, I hope that it helps you relax and have pleasant dreams.

You might be in bed, already relaxed, but you can still sense a feeling in your body. It’s keeping you awake and causing all sorts of thoughts in your head.

Locate the feeling and name it. Draw the feeling on a piece of paper. You don’t have to be an artist, a simple blob with do. When you’re ready, thank the feeling and yourself for seeing it and listening to it.

Affirmation: I feel my feelings in my body.
